Balance Class Snippet - Walking Prep!

This is a short part of my Balance Class that I teach on Friday mornings at 9am! Check it out, try it out, and come hang with me on Friday mornings. It is a great way to get your body moving gently. We work on mobility, leg and core strength, dynamic balance, and static balance activities! The end is always a surprise and we always end with a little fun!!
